p2270 after header install
17 brz throwing a p 2270 after a header install this weekend, running OFT's stage 2+ tune. The rear 02 port did have a 90 degree adapter. Should I try replacing the sensor, removing the adapter or clearing the code to see if it comes back? Open to suggestions

Remove the spacer and clear the code to see if it comes back. It's possible it's leaking because of it. There is no reason to run a spacer since you have a tune nor should there be a reason to replace the sensor already.
