Need advice on suspension and wheels setup

Never done a suspension or put rims on my cars before so I figured I would ask the forums for their advice.

I drive a 2013 Scion FRS.

What I have purchased so far to be installed this month:
- Skunk2 Pro-C Coilovers
- Eibach Front and Rear Sway Bars
- Tanabe Front and Rear Strut Bars

My goal is to lower my car a bit (0.5 - 1 inch) to reduce the wheel gap. I would like to run staggered rims setup (18's) and want a flush look. If possible, I want to avoid any camber (not a fan of it). I am aiming to purchase SSR GTF01 rims for my car. I was thinking 18x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear.

The questions that I have are the following:
1) Do I need to buy anything else to achieve the suspension setup that I am looking for?
2) Are the size of rims that I am considering the right sizes to achieve the flush look that I want to have?
3) What size tires to I need for the correct size rims that I should purchase?
