Short grind after switching to Amsoil

Previously I had Motul Gear 300 in the Transmission, and everything was perfectly fine after 20K KM and 5 track days.

I've heard good thing about Amsoil products from a lot of different people. so I wanted to try it out.

last night I switch to Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 (SVG) GL5 for the transmission, and after my drive home, I noticed a short grind from 3rd - 4th and 6th - 5th.

Does anyone else run into the same issue?

Should I give it a little bit more time to break in? before deciding to switch back to my trust worthy Motul

Thanks

Edited: Did some research and found that I should use GL3 or 4 in the Transmission. Which is what I had before. Motul Gear 300 75w - 90 non LS. Wasted $70 bucks on Amsoil oil

Wrong Amsoil fluid. That stuff is for the differential, not the trans. You would want "Manual Transmission & Transaxle Gear Lube 75W-90"

GL5 is too slippery for Aisin transmissions.

Updated:

Changed out the fluid myself yesterday right before my track day.

went back to Motul gear 300.

everything is perfectly fine now.

and I contact my Mechanic, he indeed put in Amsoil 75W-90 GL4-5 in the transmission and GL5 servere gear into the dif.

He gave me 2 extra left over bottle from the fluid change. so I was mistaken him putting for putting GL5 Servere gear into my transmission.

however according to my conversation with my mechanic, he told me it was because my transmission was bonded with Motul, so it will take some heat cycle for the Amsoil to break in.

All that being said I will stick to Motul from on.
