You can't just plumb those lines, you will make a mess of boost/vacuum. (Protpibe is correct, I personally would just not use the kit without a BOV or recirculating valve).

Either purchase AVO's BOV or the generic recirculating valve (Both are on the AVO page for sale).

The PSI is dictated by the WG spring. What kit did you get, stage 1 or 2?

Your boost gauge will show you being at ~6 psi.

You can also check it with an ELM327 OBD2 bluetooth adapter and an Adroid phoen with the app Torque

It is not included with the kit, you buy it separately.

In hindsight, I'm not sure how you're supposed to install the kit without one of the two BOV options. They don't include caps for the pipes. I guess you're supposed to improvise?

Can you cover the holes with extra exhaust manifold gaskets?

If you've gone through enough of them, yes, you can stack and fold them over the holes.
