You had a tire shop do your suspension. I guess I shouldn't be surprised it took them 3 day to do a 1/2 hour job and neither should you...

Hmm.. looks like they positioned the locking adjusters in the correct orientation for these LCA's were it's least likely to make contact with the subframe. Were you able to find any scored surfaces or any likely points of contact?

Another thing you can do is with the rear jacked up, kind of rock the tire left to right and up and down to see if it makes any weird clicking noises or have any kind of play where it shouldn't have. Also check the outer portion of the control arm where it's connected to the knuckle if there is any metal to metal contact or play where there shouldn't be (not likely, but might as well check while you're at it). Otherwise the sound might be caused by something else besides the LCA.

There was no play where the control arm is connected to the hub carrier, subframe, shock, endlink. No contact with the subframe or anywhere else where they shouldn't be making contact nor any signs of it. Every nut and bolt torqued down properly on the control arm, yet it still makes a noise? If that's the case then I don't know what to tell you besides take it to a shop where they have experience with aftermarket suspension. Although they'll probably check all the same things I've told you and maybe try to sell you some new control arms.

It might be something else making the noise all along. I would say reinstall the stock arms and see if the noise goes away, but if you knew how to do that you probably wouldnt have went to a tire shop to get them installed in the first place. lol sorry buddy.

I'm guessing that joint does not have enough lube in it between the metal and the rubber so every you're going over a bump, it clunks. Try greasing up the joints. I had a similar clunking issue on my left rear LCA at the same exact location until i massively greased inside that joint and around it. It went away afterwards.
