I don't autox or go to the track. when i went to west end alignment, and told chris that my car was a daily driver, but i tend to take corners on the aggressive side and occasionally go on canyon runs, he recommended these settings:
Front -1.3° camber, 1/16" toe in
Rear -1.75° camber, 3/32" toe in

I've been driving on these settings for more than a year and am happy with them. i have camber bolts in the front and LCAs in the rear.

Does this sound good? I'll be telling them to align to these specs on Monday if these are good, or if anyone has some good recommendations I'd appreciate the help thank you.
Don't think you will get -3 with bolts. Likely 1.5 maybe 2.

Yeah you will need to have camber plates, slot your struts, or use a 2nd set of camber bolts to get much more than -1.5 on the front

That's extremely conservative/stable on all settings. With that much toe it, the car really won't want to turn and more camber in the rear will increase understeer as well, plus make tire wear worse.

I would suggest:

-1.5 front camber
0 front toe
-1 rear camber
1/16" total rear toe in

Did you do what was described in an earlier post? (Camber bolts and lower control arms) I'm also planning to drop in eibach.

given that it's a 90% daily driver, i went with more conservative/stable vs. twitchy. i discussed with west end what i wanted, and went with their recommended settings. i'm getting coilovers installed by them on monday, so i'll revisit the settings.

I heard SPC were good which is the one I just received in the mail.

@Mr.ac It'll mostly be a daily driver, with some canyon runs and some aggressive turning here and there but that's pretty much it. No autox or track ever.

@wparsons Thank you for suggesting these settings, I'll most likely go with these when I get it aligned on Monday.

Thank you guys for the helpful suggestions, I really appreciate it.

Got my coilovers installed today and we changed the front camber to -1.6° and 1/32" toe in. Left the rear the same.
Again, this is based on my driving habits/needs. Man, what a difference the coilovers make vs. the Swift lowering springs/stock shocks.

I went with the
-1.5 Front
0 Front toes
-1 Rear
1/16 rear toe in

I like this a lot, thank you everyone with the input. I took care of it today and it feels great.
