I have a Makerbot 3D printer, would be fun to try and fab some of these small parts, maybe acetone polish em and see how they work just for kicks.

The part is a plastic piece and I just bought two usb cables from radio shack. Gigaware I think. They just slide in to the holes, then I gorilla glued them to the plastic piece.
