Well I haven't taken very many pictures of the car since the turbo has gone on (been swamped with work and track events) but how about a video instead?

Here's one of @CSG Mike making the rounds at the Streets of Willow Springs in the car (including something you don't see Mike doing very often at the end hehe). This was on 340 TW street tires so the laptimes aren't fully representative of what the car is capable of...

They're ok so far. The car feels a little more solid but since they went on at the same time as the turbo, I've been slowly getting acclimated to what would be normal vibration via the mounts vs. what's changed with the turbo.

I wouldn't classify them as a "must-have" mod but if your engine is going to be moved around for modding purposes, it's not a bad thing to upgrade while you're in there.

Just got the car back from it's stint with @CSG Mike at the 2013 Super Lap Battle/Global Time Attack Finals last week. Mike landed a Street RWD podium finish in 3rd place against some very fast competition (both the #1 and #2 cars are nearly double the power)! Check out Mike's FTD lap:

@Evasive Motorsports did the installation so I would direct any specific questions to them. But I chose the Plus Flush Aerocatch hood pins for my car. These are top mounted and therefore the cut into the hood doesn't need to be as precise since the cut is covered by the latch frame (vs. the Aerocatch Flush hood pins which mount from underneath and are flush with the top of the hood surface). You can mount them in a number of positions (basically anywhere you have a metal brace/frame under the hood) but I would keep the set up symmetrical and a little further up front so you eliminate as much hood lift as possible. Hope that helps!
