Thank You

Untrue. How many emails did it take to confirm my address when simply just saying "please resubmit your order" would have sufficed. You stil have pm's from me you haven't red with legitimate questions such as "How do i pay you?". This is directly related to a for sale thread. PM, Email, IM, and tickets did not give answers to this.

I've already explained this to you.

I can only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses.

Your item was shipped before you contacted us.. A flash cable, not supercharger btw.

Paypal doesnt care if you email me requesting a address change. When you make a payment with paypal you have to select the correct address and I have to ship to the address on the order. If I don't I have no seller protection.

That's all I have to to say on this here Only email or PM.

You guys understand I don't care what you say online ... Right? I have nothing to hide, posting this shit has no effect on me and clearly hasn't stopped the flow of these orders. Posting about a issue doesn't change how anything gets resolved. Resolutions only happen when contacted via email or PM.

Have a great day !

oh shit! i just realized i put the wrong address on that! I just sold my house literally a few days ago. Unless that kit magically shows up by the 19th i wont have keys (new owners take possession on the 20th).

I need the kit mailed to:

Marin Nelson
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXX
Phoenix, AZ 85004

I can provide proof of residence if you need. I am sure i have a bill laying around somewhere with my name on it. I never updated my paypal profile as the day before my "move" to my new apartment (I moved closer to work) I got in a bad motorcycle accident and was stuck in a wheel chair / hospital for a while!
I emailed you within 2 hours. Hell I even IM'd you on AIM prior to this PM. Maybe you did happen to ship within the 2 hour window but there are many many many more emails, pms, and im's about making sure the supercharger had the correct address. It would have made more logical sense to just have me re-order than waste my time.

Not true. I know a local just did a charge back because of issues like this. And i have heard of others trying to get refunds etc over complications like this.

Regardless of all of this; you still have yet to respond to PM's from me after saying "PM once". I finally didn't want to deal with it any more and requested a refund and was told that poor customer service & conflict of interest is not a valid reason for an un-shipped product refund.

This is more for future customers of yours. Not with you. I know you won't resolve an issue or bother responding to PM's and that is fine. I as well as others have made peace with the fact its better to just bite the bullet, eat the $$ spent on the tune and pay an alternative tuner that responds promptly.

Hey everyone -

I just wanted to interject in here and honestly apologize on behalf of my colleague and Visconti Tuning. As I'm reading through these posts and the replies, I know how I would feel as a customer and where I would want to take my business. However, its a precarious position that I find myself in because on one hand, I do understand the pressure, demands, and expectations that are placed on John 24/7. And I know its frustrating for him when customers don't use the proper channels we've set up to submit questions, comments, complaints, etc. There are always two sides to every story and I understand very well why John wants to keep customer collaboration logs inside the support console.

But at the same time, there are much more "elegant" ways of getting your point across than some of the replies I've seen here.

So I'm posting today to update everyone on a couple of things. Number one: our lack of consistent presence on these boards has been due in large part to the exhaustive production of our help guides we've produced for most of the cars we support. I'm very happy with the final product that we've produced (which are all available on the support console) and I'm excited to get back to working with you all on what really matters, and why we're all here; to have fun with our cars and make more power!

So I just want to be clear that I'll be making a much more concerted effort to be available to everyone on here for questions, comments, complaints, issues, anything. In fact I'm posting my personal cell phone number. You guys can reach me anytime at 410-739-4626. PLEASE - reach out to me. I promise you (and I know many of you that have worked with me can attest to this) I want to listen, and I want to help you. Let's let John continue to pump out the amazing products that built his name and let me bare the weight of the customer service and expectations. I know it doesn't seem like it always, but we really really value this community and the support and enthusiasm we receive from you guys. It will get better. So take my contact information, and if you need to reach Visconti Tuning, there are a variety of ways of reaching me. I can't always promise it will be immediate availability. But I can promise you that I'm very sympathetic to your questions and concerns and I will be doing my absolute best to provide the level of service everyone deserves when spending the kind of money so many of you have with us. Thanks for reading and I look forward to continuing to build the relationships I have with many of you!

-Rich
