Eh... if you follow a few of his sales they tend to last much longer than he says, and have the same pattern. And there are other threads, they mostly get locked / deleted. lol. I personally just wanted Visconti to talk to me personally and said I would prefer to keep it between him and me but I simply don't care at this point. Hopefully I can make the time to email Rich tonight. It looks like the one bit Rich was involved with on my issues was taken care of, so thats a slight bit of hope and positive direction for once. Its unfortunate I couldn't trust Visconti's when he said it was resolved 3-4 times prior.

But like I said, it looks like Rich may help turn things around. Hopefully! Because i have never worked with a shop so unorganized after sending nearly $5,000 to them!

You do realize that that statement is a pretty much the sum of a BBB case right? As soon as you take someone's money, it stops being about weather either of you like each other, and becomes a business relationship until the goods and services are delivered according to the original purchase.

Also as a long term community member I'm sure you've seen that 10 secs of full disclosure can prevent 30 hours of emails, each person asking the same thing.

Maybe @Rich@ViscontiTuning can talk some sense into you, or at least stop you from posting harmful data against yourself.

Doesn't change how communication must be handled.
