Not always true. I still never heard back from Visconti after I want to say 2 weeks now? I was asking how to pay for a MAF extension harness and wanted a direct link. PM's = lost. I eventually ended up sending support requests and finally was told to send all my complaints to Rich after asking for a refund so that way I could move on to someone who valued customer service a bit better.. (I was denied...).

At least the community was kind enough to tell me I didn't even need the MAF sensor when Visconti said I would have to pay for one after I told him specifically when i ordered, what package was shipped, and the dates of everything involving the transaction.

After all this drama I still need to talk to Rich... I just haven't had time to go through every pm, email, im, support request to draft a formal complaint for Rich to read over. If you have a question about your order; I hear its best to message Rich and just skip Visconti. As much as a problem I do have with Visconti and as much aggravation I do have towards him and his lack of ability to communicate to a basic professional level... I have heard that Rich is more prompt and organized to talk with. I hope that Rich being around can resolve these issues.

I have tried to avoid bashing etc, but communication has been weak and a number of members have pm'd me, and talked to me in person with issues. Its sad that Visconti lets it get this bad. I don't know if people are exaggerating or what *shrug*. I just know my own experiences have been grim.

Eh... if you follow a few of his sales they tend to last much longer than he says, and have the same pattern. And there are other threads, they mostly get locked / deleted. lol. I personally just wanted Visconti to talk to me personally and said I would prefer to keep it between him and me but I simply don't care at this point. Hopefully I can make the time to email Rich tonight. It looks like the one bit Rich was involved with on my issues was taken care of, so thats a slight bit of hope and positive direction for once. Its unfortunate I couldn't trust Visconti's when he said it was resolved 3-4 times prior.

But like I said, it looks like Rich may help turn things around. Hopefully! Because i have never worked with a shop so unorganized after sending nearly $5,000 to them!

You do realize that that statement is a pretty much the sum of a BBB case right? As soon as you take someone's money, it stops being about weather either of you like each other, and becomes a business relationship until the goods and services are delivered according to the original purchase.

Also as a long term community member I'm sure you've seen that 10 secs of full disclosure can prevent 30 hours of emails, each person asking the same thing.

Maybe @Rich@ViscontiTuning can talk some sense into you, or at least stop you from posting harmful data against yourself.
