So I jacked my car up and felt around. My noise is only coming from the front driver's side. The top mount seems to have a little play in it relative to the others. Not sure if that's it. I also noticed the sway bar is close to the lower control arm, with some smaller or adjustable links I could rotate the bar a little to avoid that. I don't know if it makes contact but again the sound is specific to the front driver's side.

Wish i still had those Whiteline front links i had so i could send them out. I think there is a top hat issue, similar to the problem with the Com-C mounts last summer.

Is anyone running aftermarket end-links with the R2s?

I'm not. I have some noise from the rears, but I'm not sure if it's really from the rears as I currently have a lot of junk in the trunk that could be bouncing around.

I get a little clunking too, but it's nothing too bothersome. The crickets annoy me more than anything, lol.

I'm kind of worried that the off-the-shelf valving won't be able to handle the 500-600 spring rates. We'll see once I get them on a track/autox event.

Iirc, Jackson said it should be able to handle that.

Just to be 100%, the springs we have are 2.5" I.D.?

That's correct. 6'' at the front, 7'' at the rear.

Cool, thanks! One of the authorize vendors is having a sale for $49 each but i'll probably wait till Eibach finds out the issues, and wait from some people tracking.

I'm about 95% convinced it's the top hat/mount. The others make a little noise (to be expected) but this is a loud clunk like the spring is smacking metal and then rattling free when the load comes off.

If you have additional time to spend on this you can try removing the helper spring and setting spring pre-load to zero or even add a tiny bit of preload. You'll loose your droop travel but at least you can isolate the noise.

This will eliminate the helper spring being the culprit to your noise like I suspect it might be.

I wonder if the springs need to be longer so there's more compression and less slop?

As I mentioned it's all coming from the driver's side front. There's a good one at the end there:

Hi, I'm going to jump into this thread even though I have the R1s because I've been experiencing similar issues.

I noticed some people complaining about the excessively harsh ride, but did you guys try play around with the preload/height adjustment? I had that issue on mine too but I found out that you actually have to preload the springs quite a bit to get them to sit in a good spot and that actually gets rid of the harshness.
