Local prices for me were nowhere near that much, maybe they priced out the wrong pads. Places near me carry Ferodo but Project Mu would've been a special order item. DS2500's were $270 locally up here.

We've been running PM 900i fronts with Club Racer rears on our car. We will be running Cobalt XR2 fronts paired with XR3 rears soon.

There is still "some" meat on the pads. FRS is closer to Miata brake consumables than S2000.

A vendor gets one chance to to fuck up. If they do, I move on. There's too much money and too many options tied up in this business for me to do other wise. Mistakes happen, that's fine, but if they don't attempt to fix them I'll find another vendor. Touge didn't fix their mistake so I wont be buying from them any longer. Which kinda sucks, I turned down a good deal from RCE because I wanted to support a Canadian company. Now I regret that decision.

Anyway, was that for all four corners? If so that was a great deal.

~$270 for front and rear pads, the total order was more than that but includes stainless lines and the grimspeed brace too.

I totally get what you're saying about places only getting a single chance to mess up, I don't have much patience for being jerked around either.

i use endless mxrs $550 a set f&r. just now getting to the point i need new pads. these have been on the car since october and have seen 6 track days and 13,000 total miles. rediculous...

240 a set is a steal honestly for any good compound, but i have used the stoptechs also and i think it was 120-130 when i was on them. yuo'll feel the stoptechs in the peddle tho after hard lapping. the endless compound has been awesome for me. p.mu is also makes very good compounds.
