How do I find out if 35 will fit for sure?
KW V3 coilovers btw if that makes fitment more difficult? |

I'm running 18x9 +35 with 245/35R18's with Eibach Prokit and camber bolts. I could also run 255's if I wanted to.

+35 is a better choice IMO. You can always adjust camber with your KW.

Just install 17x8 +48 with a 225 and the tires are really close to the spring in front. I have about -1 camber using the lower hole, but I think if I used a camber bolt in the top hole, it would be rubbing right now. Stock camber (0) would have room for maybe 235. I don't think I could get away with 235 unless I used a spacer.
I am likely going to pick up some PSM spacers (bolt-on style). They come with 15mm bolt-ons and 3, 5 and 7mm slip-ons. Thinking the 15mm for the rear and slip on a 3 or 5mm in front depending on thread engagement.

I need a wider setup for traction, and going for a square setup.
Slick, -2 degrees up front seems like just a little bit over the ideal mark for track camber? What do you think? Also, why did you choose 18" rather than 17"? At this point it seems you guys are saying this will fit square: 17or18x9 +35 255/40/17or18. |

Hi all,
I've gone through the many wheel threads on the forums but just want to make 100% sure. I have 2 options (Planning to run 225/45/17 tyres on all 4 corners with stock suspension). 17x7.5 +48 17x8 +45 Am I safe with the above fitment, with no rubbing issues esp. at full lock? and which combo should I go with as its my daily driver and would like to retain as much of the stock dynamics as possible. Just note, above options are because I really want RPF1. Thanks in advance! |

im confused with this. 18x8.75 +35 in the front pokes out 9.5mm? I used the web tool and it said its tucked 7mm. why is it that the wheel pokes?

Personally, I'd go with the 8" width.

When I get a chance, I want to get under the car and see how much room there really is. I can't fit a finger between the spring and the tire, I can just tell it's really close. I can feel the perch, but it's hard to tell where on the wheel/tire it lines up.
