As stated in the e-mail. These are seriously back ordered 6-8 weeks. Perrin is trying to catch up as fast as they can.
Thanks for the update. Please understand my frustration. A lot of money and a long time without the gratification of such a large expendature.

I did find the phone number after posting this.

It's heavy and sounds great... I'm considering buying the titanium single back for 1500, prolly resale the perrin, great sound but 2lbs heavier kinda sucks.

I got mine (perrin catback) from @Chris@Phastek great service, he also got me the lightweight crank pully, borla UEL, CF driveshaft and some misc items.

Is it a resonated cat-back? How does it sound with the Borla UEL? I've already got the cat-back and thinking about the UEL too... High dollar stuff, but it feels like I need some more flow going on up front after installing just the cat back.

I have the UEL with the resonated Catback and it sounds amazing!! Sounds like a real Subaru. The torque dip is far better too.

I have never had a problem with speed factory. Just remember when ordering through a vendor you are basically putting yourself in 2 waiting que's. 1st que is Perrin being sold out and speed factory trying to full fill your order + others by being in the Perrin que. 2nd que is your order number through speed factory. Before I buy anything online I make sure to email or call the vendor to get a estimated wait time. I never click n buy. Even if it says in stock always call before making a online purchase! Now you know.

-But if I was you I would call Perrin to see if they can hook speedfactory up with an exhaust to send to you or get your money back and see if Perrin can send you one directly. I know speedfactory is usually cheaper then a manufactures site though plus offers free shipping on $250 + purchases. Which is why i'm assuming you ordered through them.

Getting an exhaust close to what I ordered shipped out today. non resonated midpipe. If it turns out to be to loud for my tastes I can weld in a resonator sometime down the line.

I'm over-tired but I'm pretty sure I see a resonator on your mid-pipe

Thats the HFC on the front pipe. Hopefully Perrin has built enough so I get mine next week.

I see the HFC but look two pipes above it which should be the mid-pipe.

I have the exact same catback installed. The weird piece at the end is just braided steel joint afaik. The resonated version much fatter thru the whole straight part.

Perrin

Just installed the Perrin Resonated cat back on my car today.
Install was super easy. Jack stands and a floor jack only, in a friends drive way.
WD-40 on the hangers made the job removing the stock stuff easier.
The whole install took less than an hour. I like the keepers for the rubber hangers.
Now I have Perrin at the front and back end of the car!! CAI and silicone intake tube.
The cat back tone is nice. For sure louder than stock, but lower pitch. Maybe the lower fundamental pitch of the system is what some people are perceiving as "softer" than stock?

BTW: The new pipes did smoke a little for the first hour. Manufacturing oils, or polish residue maybe? It went away. Checked underneath after a day of driving for any loose fittings and alignment issues. None to be found.
