+1 For unichip. I have been very impressed with performance since installing it, witnessing at least a 10hp gain(to be safe)... For roughly 500 bucks, it cannot be beat. I keep "accidentally" burning out all of the way through first gear. haha

The only thing it lacks is an E85 tune, but they say they're working on it. If they can make it run E85, then it's the best value ever, period!

Really? I would put murders and rapists as worse people than those that are dumb and lazy. Also arsonists, cheaters, theifs, copy writers, child molesters...actually now that I think about it there are alot worse things than a lazy and dumb person.
How did you think of copy writers before child molesters?

How did you come to that conclusion? Did you dyno? If so, $50 per HP is a very good deal. IMHO. 1 HP per $100 spent is a fair deal.

Actually, I would say Drop in filter + Unichip + 93 Octane fuel + Appropriate Map (Premium Map, Fuel ~, Timing + for my car and locale) == The way this car should have ran from the factory.

May not make nice peak numbers, but pleasant and fun to drive... it's all about the area under the curve. The stock tune for our cars is horrible, they sacrificed driveablity to make the torque hit hard down low to easily break these Prius tires loose.

I bought mine on sale so I was less $500 for both.

I haven't been to a dyno, so I was just guesstimating. Sorry for not clarifying. 1 hp for $100 would be a pretty bad deal dude! haha That's 100hp for 10,000... You can get more than that from a $3500 turbo kit.

Ha Ha.. Best post in this thread.

Clearly the OP is better than everyone else and his time is much more valuable than ours so we should all bend over backwards to save him the trouble of reading.

NA power, is what I mean. That's how it typically works out to. $100/1HP. Which turbo kit is getting +100 for 3500?

The tunes from Visconti/FA20 etc., work out much less than $100 per hp while still N/A, they are in fact less than $50 if you look at the E85.

I suppose the $100 per hp rule applies better to motorcycles than autos.
