ECU HP gains?

Is there any chip/ECU/reflash that can make a decent gain with a slightly modified motor running 91 octain or do they all require heavy modification and/or forced induction and/or higher than 91 or E85?

Man, I wouldn't even know what forum to look in for that kind of info.

:iono:

Yea, but you only see gains when you buy the TRD racing supercharger with it....

wbradley 03-26-2013 04:29 PM

Very good question, I am glad somebody finally asked...

I am quite sure there will eventually be a flash tune developed by someone, perhaps Cobb...

OK, in all seriousness, I see you are new here, but there are tons of threads about the various Ecutek tunes available.

LOL

There is a sticky thread:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29340

The dyno numbers you might need to navigate around for, but it's a good starting point.

I love the people that jump into threads and post unproductive comments, find something better to do with your life.

I love the people that jump onto forums and create unproductive threads, find something better to do with your life (i.e.- read a sticky or search).

See what I did there? Just as valid as your last post.

Seriously, the information you are looking for is already on this forum, just go find it instead of making people do the work for you.

Also filing for bankruptcy with half ass parts.

And yes, I'm with the others OP. Stop being a moron and search. This forum is full of information.

I have never been a forum nazi around here but your question just shows you haven't taken a second to browse through the forum.

If it pisses you off that many people here see your inquiry as ridiculous or clueless , perhaps you might gain more respect by taking a second to look before you ask. I could easily post ten separate and very long threads as well as stickys on the topic about which you inquire.

I also noticed nobody here jumping to your defense, whereas that is usually what happens when someone asks a question that can be found with the search function and is scolded for doing so. Why? You dont even need to search to get the answer to your question, you just need to look at the main subsection headings.

lol instead of being a ass about it you could of just said "My bad I will search next time. Thanks for the help those that gave it." and I would of been fine with you

Searching its new or have you never heard of Google? Trust me you got off pretty easy considering this forum is pretty nice to noobs compared to some of the others I have been apart of.

when you make a mistake its best to admit it and move on instead of lashing out. We have all done this at one point but some of us dealt with the responses a lot better than you have

Enjoy a tuned twin tho I think its the best bang for buck mod out :happy0180:

All tuning solutions will give you gains regardless of any modifications you have. Plenty of information on this thread. Search for ECUtek or Unichip for more info. Everyone is new once, please dont be discouraged by the sarcastic remarks.

1-What people say on a forum doesn't piss me off lol!
2- I do not crave the repect of people on the internet.
3- could care less if people on the internet defend me.

This is productive and worth the time to read, thank you sir.
