I've ordered the parts to do this, hopefully haven't messed up anything.
> BRZ WIPER STALK FOR PREMIUM MODEL - WITH FOG LIGHT SWITCH (shouldn't have the "Auto" spot in the switch) > A pair of Ebay Outback Fog-lights > Nigel-JDM wiring harness > Pair of JDM Toyota light housings (uhg!, back-ordered) The airbag removal makes me a little nervous, but shouldn't be as bad as dis-assembly of the rear hubs to install longer wheel studs! Thanks for everyone's help in this thread.

http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/japan-...ng-wheel-stalk But I see it's missing the rear fog lights icon... Not sure if you have/need them in the US version. |

US is extremely strict on importing vehicles. Though we have the FRS it would have cost close to double the price of the car to get the model I want and get it imported and "legal". That's also why you see a lot of people saying "should have got the BRZ". At the end of the day, for me at least, it's cheaper to convert my FRS than it would have to buy a BRZ and convert it to an FRS.

Anyway, I may guess that there's no rear fog lights in the JDM version. So, it's your choice which way you want to go. I don't have the euro part number, but you can try to ask in the regional/Europe section of this forum. I'm sorry I can't help you. |
