It's public insurance. It is socialism. And that isn't a four letter word. And no don't blame the queen, shes amazing. blame your parents and your school system for failing you miserably.

Those rates aren't just high cause its an frs either, it's high regardless just cause of the fraud. Coverage is full with 1000 deductible on both collision and comprehensive and 1 million liability which is the minimum here.
I have the same coverage in Alberta and mines $206 a month down from $231 a month for adding on tenants insurance. This will go down in April when I go from 4 star record to 5/8. No accedents or tickets just never had a car insured under my own name till 4 years ago. One good thing about Winnipeg is you Carr $1000000 liability insurance on your licence so can drive any car as long as it is insured whether your on the policy or not. There you insurer your car with car insurance. Everywhere else you insure everyone else's car with it.

Ok not that I really care to pursue this with you. But. The queen has no authority over parliament and for her to attempt to excerpt any would be a crime. Her job is simply head of state, meaning signing any bills passed that conform to previous e laws the charter of rights and freedoms and the constitution into law and being the international face for the country. And that is actually done by the go owner general, acting as the queens representative in Canada, unless the queen is in country.

We've had our own constitution for over 30 years now and self governance for over 130. Beyond that it is a provincial law not federal and thus completely outside the queens perview even if she was in country. And "self insuring" is illegal in Canada and a good way to go to jail. So if I'm a "sucker" for paying it and not earning myself a criminal record and fucking up my entire life then so be it.

As for freedom I actually have more rights and freedoms in my charter than you do in your constitution.

Lol. No it doesn't. We're a free and sovereign and pass our own laws and have NOTHING to do with the laws over there. Also I'm a subject of the queen and proud of it not "mother England" and also you don't want to argue the point for the same reason I don't really want to. Cause you don't know what your talking about not because you don't live here. Also I know what you meant. It's illegal here. Not in England. But here in Canada. And just wait another few years once your contry collapses and is being scooped up by anyone who wants it and see how smug you are. The American empire is dead and your all about to be everyone else's subjects so talk big now before we come and school you. And you have alot to learn.

yes! we have already been "scooped" ehe! he! he! CHINA "owns" us! thanks to a system that has broken down, and requires ''surgery". also a socialist dictator who believes he is above the "constitution" has indeed put us in a rather "vulnerable" position in the eyes of the rest of the world.i don't deny this, however, like the proverbial phoenix,we shall rise again from the ashes, as we have so many times in the past. upon reflection,i realize i am mistaken about canada's governmental process.i,along with many other americans apparently wrongly ''assumed" that "mother england" dictated policy to her canadian subjects.after carefully reviewing what you described,i have drawn the conclusion that i "misspoke" without having all the facts at my disposal.i sincerely apologize for my "faux pas"

Thank you for being man enough to admit it. Cause yes that is quite wrong. In fact they had to ask US for permission along with all the other member nations of the dominion (Jamaica, Australia, ect.) to change the law regarding the succession of the throne, allowing it to be the first child not the first son who would inherit. Permission we all have and now Kate's first born will be our monarch male or female no mater what other children she may have in the future.

maybe you should consider toning down the agression on the political front. self insuring would work if it was your own car that you had to fix but i doubt anybody on this forum has the funds saved to repair someones supercar and the target the rammed it into along with the health care for the dozens injured in the accident.

i apologized to the man,and i consider the matter closed, and if i need another
father to tell me what,or not to do ,i will consult you first. as far as 'self-insuring" is concerned,
some people do ''self-insure" as there are states where insurance is NOT required, and although it's NOT the "smartest play",it was relevant to the discussion,as it is a viable option, again,in the states where it is not required.

Hmm.. I live in Long Island too and I didn't get any notification about the $30 increase. My insurance is $400 every 6 months, $800 every year, so that's $66.67 a month. I have GEICO.
