I run 215/40 on 8.5. Mild stretch and looks good. 225 will work too

Smile Rays Volk TE37's

Question: does anyone know if these wheels would fit on the OEM 17" tyres:

17 x 8.0 (5 x 100) + 38?

The stock tyres are: 215/45/R17

Thanks

On a 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 fit and look. I plan on lowering with coilovers but only for the ride height so I don't have to have much camber cause it will be a daily driver and I don't want to ruin my tires.

Anybody know if a 18x8.75 +20 all the way around will fit? Any major poking? Tires would be 225/40/18. Also, would it fit if dropped 1". Thanks!

Agressive front fitment. Almost an inch outside the fenders up front. Would need 2+ degrees of negative camber.

Work Meister S1 R, I'm thinking 18x9.5 the largest id want to go. What offset to still have decent ammount of dish and no fitment issues?

You're welcome.
8.75 +35 is a better front fitment.

What reasoning brought you a 9.5" wide wheel at all four corners?

My best advice for your particular question is to study what fits, what doesn't fit and then go from there. Your situation dictates that you decide what works best for you.

While fitment can be a science. It's also personal preference.

Hey guys,

Finally settled on some XXR 530s in 18/8.75/+33 (square setup).

Just shopping around for some tyres. Other than personal preference, is there an ideal size tyre to fit these wheels? I want to go as wide as possible. I'm also planning on lowering about 1".
