I have a 5mm spacer in front due to the current tire size. But it still rubs the inner frame and sway bar at full lock. I will be changing tire sizes to remedy this. I also adjusted the camber for fender clearance. No rubbing at all on the un-modified fenders. And that's with 265s.

Nothing done to the rear. I will probably add a 10mm-8mm spacer as soon as I change the tires.

Your setup is very good but the spoke design will be flat.

18x9.5 +40 will give you an aggressive spoke design.

I agree with the 18x9.5 +40 would give a more aggressive look, but would a square setup with that thickness of wheel and lower offset cause any rubbing? Especially since I'm still on stock suspension.

Only If you plan to install coilovers I would say 9.5 with 245 35 all around or even 255 if you need extra rubber, but that isn't recommended on stock suspension, the front will stick out and you will be forced to stretch tires to avoid rubbing from inside also.

So 18x8.5 +45 is the right and safe choice in my opinion

Im planning to replace my S7:F Wheel to SP Spec 57 Xtreme staggered. Im currently running squared set up 19" 225/35. whats the best tire size with no rubbing for the 57 Xtreme Gramlights 19 x 8.5 F | 9.5 R. Mine is dropped with eibach pro kit.

I am on Toyo Extensa HP Tires 225/40 and 255/35. My car is dropped on Tein Flex Coils (not slammed) and have 0 rubbing or clearance issues with the setup.

Is it just me, or there are absolutely no pictures of these wheels in a square 18x8.5 +33 setup? I can't seem to find any examples. All I see are staggered looks.
