Even with a brand new kit from Jackson racing it wouldn't even be close to the price of the king engine. Don't forget when swapping pistons most people will have to pay a shop to do it for them which will be considerably more than bolting on a turbo. This is only one example and I'm not saying its going to hold true for others but its my experience.

K series engines tend to give more power with less amount of money. At least I have seen good results from them.

Totally different engines. I went off-topic for a second. Has anyone seen any CFM measurements done to our Intake Manifold and/or heads?

Continue to ignore the underlying issue that you have no substantial evidence to discredit the sources that I have used.

Greddy and Blitz makes them too. Oh no. Again... you can go to radioshack, get a breadbox and make your own. Not really mind blowing technology.

But hey. When you can't discredit the sources, attack the poster for irrelevant things.

Here.... go attack Steve Dinan of Dinan BMW. http://www.atiracing.com/products/da...mper_dinan.htm

Not even sure what you're attacking as I clearly took a neutral ground standpoint in the fact that there is evidence from various automanufacturers and performance companies. I have clearly stated and restated that there is NO (I'll make this large for you since either you chose to ignore it or just keep overlooking it) evidence that I found that says the information can or can not be linked to boxer engines.

Hell, I've even stated that this is just good reading for people before they just jump in and buy one.

I'll ignore you now until you can actually come back with a some sort of source whether anecdotal or not that actually pertains to the thread topic.

Until then, have fun.

Dude. Don't worry. Just post what you think is relevant and enjoy whatever comes. Relax. Don't pay attention to unbiased comments. Again, so far I have yet to find any correlation to this engine and problems. Our engine is too new and only the engineers know the frequency needed. Remember, our engines won't be on the same frequency too often either.

For NA you can look into cams, port and polished heads, forged pistons and rods, valves. Intake manifolds. These should give you at least 50 more hp, but it will cost over 10k.
the rods are forged already so is the crank and the valves are sodium filled why upgrade something that already bonkers good?

plus forged materials dont add power they just allow for more resilience, stress.
