Some people just don't get it, the problem here is inner clearance not outer. I am about 99% sure it will hit the stock front strut/spring.

So to tuck them into the wheel well, I need to run some pretty aggressive negative camber up front, correct?

It is interesting that TRD Japan chooses an 18x7.5 +46 setup with 225/40/18 tires (a mere increase of 0.5" in width and 10mm in tire size) and perhaps they feel that such an upgrade will maintain the optimal handling characteristics? blah im not too sure

Damn none of those offsets are very good, i would prefer a 18x9 +38 all around i think it's pretty close to ideal.

The TE37SL's are 18x9.5 +40 5x100. These are the ones with the concave face.The +45 was some disinformation that was spread.

Thanks! Is this particular car running 18x9.5 all around? Also, these wheels in the above mentioned dimension comes in the standard pressed graphite color, not just the black edition, correct?

I thought wheeldude had their's on Eibach springs running 18x9.5 with 255/35/18.

Yes that is 18x9.5 +40 square setup on these with 235/40 tires.

Yes they come in all of the colors, not just pressed graphite.

Those 9.5 +40's look good i would go that route if possible.

was going to say x9.5 +40 would be perfect.
can run decent tire with just a little camber with a roll, probably like -2 to-2.5 for 245 (legit 245 not bigger fitting 245).. and probably -1 to -2 with 235s.
rears cant fit much without camber.. better off going with a x9 +45~+35 and 245 if you are going for a bigger tire... especially if you dont want to stretch... a small 235 could look pretty stretched on 9.5.
theres a car posted in this subforum with 17x9 +35 tc105ns with 255 that sounds like something youd be into :

but Volk official website only shows 18x9.5 +45, there is no +40 5x100 in the size chart

good call. 18x9.5 +38 with 255/35-18 all around. no rubbing on inner or outer edges. damn call me surprised lol
