Some other places to try.
http://www.tiretrends.com/tires-online-canada.htm http://www.1010tires.com/ One place I get recommended 205/55R-16 and another 195/55R-16 or 205/55R-16. 205's are a little bigger so speedo reads lower than actual while 195's are a little smaller making the speedo read higher than actual(you are going slightly slower than speedo, maybe helps keep you from speeding!!LOL) 215/60R-16 bigger still in diameter than 205/55R-16! The smaller contact patch of the 195 can sometimes actually give better traction? Last edited by smbrm; 09-14-2012 at 01:57 PM. |

Not tires for a FR-S, but still a deal at tirerack.com
I just bought/ordered these last thurs, arrived in NY today I'll pick them up this weekend.4x 185/65R-15 General Altimax Arctic $71.00 ea. total: $284.00 Shipping: $54.90 to 13669 NY Order Total Including Shipping: $338.90 I live in Ottawa about 45min from Ogdensburg, NY. You just pay 13% bringing them back. I get them shipped to a friend's there, but any UPS Store will take them too. Also tr has approved installers that will take delivery of them. Ken |

JMO, steelies are cheap, light (for a steel wheel), and don't develop bead leaks when exposed to corrosive road salt for extended periods of time.

Mine will ride on 205-55-16 Hakky 7 without studs.
I bought a set on Impreza alloy wheels. It is cheaper than steel wheels and way more beautifull

I will just because it's my only vehicle. My commute to work is the only thing I really need to drive, and that's about 5 minutes. If it's bad out I can just work from home, or use my city's kickass bus system.
