I'd have to give you a little history on the Mustang first... Stupid amounts of power? Not really, but I have done a lot of modding to it. It is an '07 V6 with an MP-90 (roots) blower on it. It is a fun car as well, but in a totally different way than the FR-S. Starting with the '05, this generation of Mustang stands head and shoulders above all previous generations as far as handling/braking/fun factor go. Compared to the FR-S though, it still feels like a pig.

Let me put it this way... I brought the FR-S home on June 28th with the intention of it being a daily driver, and the Mustang staying as the weekend/summer car. The FR-S has been such a hoot to drive, I don't think I've put more than 300 miles on the Mustang all summer. You'll have a LOT more fun at Mosport with the FR-S. If someone offered me a choice between a new FR-S and a V6 Mustang... Hands down, it would be the FR-S.

I was looking to get an FR-S but I'm honestly stuck between that and the new V6 Stang. They're both approx. the same price and two totally different cars. I read one of your posts that mentioned how you have the Mustang for stupid amounts of power. While I don't know what kind of Mustang you drive, I was curious as to your opinion of both cars. Leaving power out of it of course.

The car that I buy will be come a daily driver and I do go to Mosport quite often. I figure the FR-S is going to be just beautiful to drive while the Mustang will make things challenging, but fun in the corners. Any advice or insight you can give me is greatly appreciated!
