How many are planning on winter driving?

Just interested to see how many of you FRS/BRZ guys plan on driving your car this winter? it would be sweet to see 15 inch snows and some mudflaps on one of these cars. Old school 2wd rally style

If it's a winter like last year then maybe. As soon as the snow and more importantly the nasty amounts of salt hit the roads I'll garage it.

With the low front end and delicate paint, I have a feeling winter (i.e. chunks of ice on the road) is really going to take a toll on the front bumper.

But I'll admit that it would be tons of fun to drive in the snow!

If I get mine before the snow melts I will

It wont come out during snowstorms or crappy weather days however, the F150 will be driven to work those days.

I will be.

It'd be nice if someone sold some 15" or 16" steelies + winter tire combos for the car. ;-)

How about a set of these 15" Speedlines. They will clear the brakes so you can run a tall mushy 15" tire.

haha I will be running some steelies and winter tires on my car. the FR-S uses the same rims as a Corolla so I will just swap over my winter tires Pretty sweet actually.

I plan on a whole lot of drifting (preferably not into drifts. did that once with my old mustang, took a lot of us to push it out lol)

By default most cars come with all seasons in Canada.. Unless they are like a GT3-RS @.@.

I'm probably gonna garage mine and get a used civic for the winter. Only problem is I don't have enough space in my garage for 4 cars.

Does anyone know of storage facilities for cars in the GTA so that I could lock up my FRS over the winter? Or any other solutions?

are you sure they will in the front?

mind giving Mike Aversa 1 wheel? I can test fit it at the next PITL event (if he's coming)

Yes they will clear the FHI 4 pot that is larger than the FRS caliper. Also we currently have these on a 2009 WRX as a winter set up.

When is the next event maybe I will come out??
