Fuel Pressure Way Too High Issue On Idle
Hello all!
After having my engine rebuilt I have been having issues starting the car.. We have come to the conclusion it is fuel related on the high pressure side, High pressure target on idle is roughly 580 Psi High pressure actual on idle is over 2000 Psi !! Car only runs with the fuel pressure sensor unplugged, it idles perfectly like this. Do you think its a faulty fuel pressure sensor or anything else? currently a OEM sensor is on b/o so would like to test other stuff while I'm waiting for it to arrive Thanks |

Static test from the manual. Pin 1 is ground, apply 5vdc to pin 3. Vout on pin 2 should be .5vdc.

Sanity check: What does it read with the pressure relieved?
When it runs and the pressure is too high, what does the spill valve actuation look like? |
