JDL uses GESI cats, since when are they low quality?

I am not sure if they use them on all their products. They certainly didn't used to. I had to option a GESI cat on my ultra quiet front pipe at extra expense when I bought mine.

Interesting, I remember my ultra quiet front pipe having a GESI cat in 2014 or so.
