Keep in mind for the rear, since the MR is ~0.78, that the normal wheel speeds that are recommended for low speed / high speed (2 in/sec is the threshold in the first post) needs to be accounted for in the dynos. A wheel speed of 2 in/sec is a rear shock speed of ~1.56 in/sec.

Also - anyone have dynos of KW V3's (non-clubsport)?

Updated for the 1.56 in/sec breakpoint... and the OptimumG link has been added to the list.

Found some shock dyno results from ISC, and that was added.

I think trying to revalve an OEM piston @solidONE to perform the way you want you'll be severely underwhelmed at the end result, just IMO YMMV.

Going back to "it just works" convo. My initial shocks and dyno sheets suggested I had fantastic range on my adjustments, when in reality I actually didn't. Just comes with testing and actually playing around.

Since then, I've revalved the shocks, went with a coated piston to reduce initial nose in for low speed stuff and still can satisfy high speed. Can autocross at 60 mph and can smack a curb at Mid-Ohio at 100 mph and car can go "meh"

I'll attach them for reference, but like a typical whp dyno - everyone's input and application is going to be different from how YOU setup the car
Do you have a dynochart on the previous valving? Very linear curve with a small bump at 2-3 in/sec at lower bleed settings. Was that purpously done?

Something I've been working on:

2 way with remote digressive canister. Original valving rebound range (valved for big wing rear setup):

Target: (Converting to digressive/digressive valving with reduction of low speed compression damping by half in the main piston valve)

Still working on getting the last shock to come apart. I dont have enough leverage to remove the rod guide. it has 4 x 4.5mm pinholes that is only 2mm deep.. Any MacQuyvers out there with suggestions is much welcomed.
