As far as I'm aware no trans cooler for manuals.
Autos you can pretty easily hook up a cooler to and it will help longevity.

I've punished my car from new, currently at 25k km without a issue.

Tuned NA, lots of LC and FFS.

Now 8 psi FI, lots of LC and FFS, still on stock clutch.

I would not worry about it until you need to.

Transmission issues will come more from shifting technique than anything.

From what I've heard some high-horsepower 86 builders would shift 3rd-5th since 5th is a more robust gear than 4th.
