86MLR 2017 LE From stock to not
So, I picked up a nice new 2017 at the beginning of 2018.
I had the need to get back into RWD after a stint with a AWD. Solar Orange, limited edition with PP, only 60 of these were released in AU. First mod was tyres, Hankook RS4 fit the bill nicely. Needed louder so grabbed a X Force resonated cat back (still sounded stock after install)

Next up was some OEM mud flaps and rims.
Main reason for rims was so I could have a full sized spare, plus I have always liked RPF-1.

The most thought went into this purchase, in the end I dropped it 15mm, -2.5° front, rear ended up at -2.0°, zero toe everywhere.
Also grabbed the traction mod

Wanted car louder, and starting to prep for tune, I had already gradded a 2.5" X Force overpipe back, so it was time for a 2.5" overpipe, plus some work with a hammer and big screwdriver to help the flow

I then grabbed a solid diff mount brace, it was good, but way to much NVH, so after a month grabbed some Whiteline inserts, still some NVH, but much better than the solid.

Tune time
And really the end of mod time I have used Pulse racing for a few years now, they are at the pointy end for alot of track cars, they build and tune all sorts of weapons, the tuned my STI, they have tuned alot of other club cars I know, and also, they tune a few twins, not just street, but also alot of track, NA and boosted. https://pulseracing.com.au/about-us/ Ecutek tune with Racerom The car is now pretty optimal for its use, daily thrashing. Not bad for a free flowing OEM header with some other cheap parts The only other thing I want (not need) is a TRD rear louvre Tuning results speak for themselves

https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/...omment=7900958 Link to dyno run Disclaimer: this is a Skyline forum where if your not boosted and don't have at least 500hp atw, your doing it wrong. In saying that, every time I think of my old R33 my eye starts to twitch.
