I replaced most of my rear suspension entirely so now everything is solid/pillow ball, no rubber bushings, and consequently I found that fluid filming all these surfaces made a significant difference in NVH.

The noise doesn't mean anything though, really. Only thing to really worry about is thumping or clunking noises.

OMG the last sentence save my world lol. I was worry I didint install them correctly Cus I was in a rush to do them but I’ll check them again and retorque everything later on.

What is NVH?

You have a set of the hks hipermax Iv sp too?
Are these rebuildable ? You said you replaced the rear?

Just curious like how far or how much Km/miles do one rebuild the coilover

NVH stands for noise-vibration-harshness.
As for what mileage - really depends where and how one drives. As in general though, usually i've seen longest mileage out of OE shocks, and less from aftermarket ones, but it might as well be for OE having looser tolerances to begin with, and little change over time, but aftermarket vendors considering less change as big enough to warrant rebuild to still perform top.
There is also bit that shocks often just slowly wear / start working worse at slow enough rates for owner to not notice/getting used to, instead of failing completely or degrading in noticeable step, and often owner may notice only when having drive in car with same but new shocks.
Some have got 100+K miles out of shocks, some change after 10-20K miles. Too roads and driving style dependent to generalize mileage shocks should last.

I don't have the same coilovers as you, I have a similar setup though. I have RCE Tarmac 2s with Vorshlag front camber plates and rear solid mounts. But the HKS Hipermax IV SP has rear solid mounts and front camber plates already. This is what I meant by "we have a similar setup".

I replaced all of my rear links (lower control arm, trailing arm, toe arms) with billet parts from SPL, so they are all pillow balls now, no rubber bushings. For anything with a pillow ball you will get increased NVH, no matter what, it's just the sacrifice you make for better performance. But doing a coating of fluid film on bearing surfaces will help it be quieter.

NVH = Noise, Vibration, and Harshness.

As a test spray the whole darn thing with WD if the squeak goes away you know you are in the right area. then wash off and start over one area at a time.
