Mussels on crackers with cheese are one of my favourites, my body tells me it needs em about once a month. Maybe mancycle.

I like the Season brand sardines from Costco, much better than the Wild Planet brand:

I eat them for breakfast a couple of times a week on triscuit crackers. It's helped raise my good cholesterol.



I also like Trader Joe's canned alaskan salmon which i also eat for breakfast once a week. It's really good (has the skin and bones which you also eat) - much better than other canned salmon i've tried:

Sardines work well for lowering cholesterol and i eat many.
My doctor said that my cholesterol is very low.
Well , i am going to eat bucket loads of sardines before i take my brz in for the recall!
