Years ago I found them in Salsa...best sardines ever but I can't find them anymore

I'm thinking lean meat like chicken breast would be best in diet looking to lower cholesterol. If you like fish I wouldn't pick sardines first in a cholesterol lowering diet. What made you go with sardines?
