Wow, that's a sloppy job. One would think they would put a tape on their drill bit or something after the first mistake. Nope, they messed up four times...
When I ordered my car, I ordered the lip at the same time, but told them I would install it myself. They looked at me funny, but seeing this, I made the right call.

never mind all the scrapes and stuff. And that stupid front lip. Mine broke in half and I gave up on it, such a useless piece of junk. You'd think Subaru would upgrade these pieces when they are proven to be not only awful, but that cheap ebay parts are sturdier.

Depends on who their vendor is honestly, some will have it shipped somewhere to be painted and then shipped to them. Others will paint it themselves to paint match to the cars age
