He likely had LCAs which also lowered the rear of the car (Stance or PBM).

In any case, I'm 100% convinced that he had the wrong length of springs.

Those spring rates aren't the best choice for your car IMO. My guess is the guy who sold you those coilovers was trying to be a drifter, but didn't do a very good job of building his suspension. That's putting it nicely.

I was originally thinking original owned was herrafrush until OP confirmed fronts are only 8k.

Call PBM and get a pair of rear springs they suggest to match the 8k fronts and your specific dampers, that is absolutely the reason why your car can't get low enough. Should be ~$130 if you go with Eibach or Hyperco, more for Swift.

An 18k spring for this chassis that gets driven anywhere but the race track is silly.

Not to mention that 18k rear and 8k front is going to want to swap ends ALL the time. That's way too much rear bias.

Yea he was going to get 18k swifts in the front too cause he was going for stance but he ended up deciding to sell the car.
