It seems like they just did a toe and go on you, common procedure to make more $$... but didn't even bother to try zeroing the toe in the rear.

It's not a bad idea to have the alignment checked every once in a while, and while tires being changed doesn't affect alignment or necessitate adjustment it's as good a time as any to have it checked.

The shop did nothing wrong. Technically the alignment is within spec and if you weren't aware of the rear asymmetry you probably wouldn't notice it.

Do you have an idea of what you *want*? Personally, I'm a fan of running minimal toe all around and my generic alignment advice to non-expert non-track people is to run toe at both ends as close to zero as the spec allows and also run the most negative camber the spec allows (not applicable here).

For this car I'd say zero front, zero rear toe. But it's not reasonable or necessary to ask for 0.00°. You might ask for 0 +/-0.05°, which would mean they'd only have to tweak the right rear. But if they don't want to do it for free I wouldn't necessarily hold it against them, depending on what they charged you in the first place.
