You can definitely push it farther, you're only at 6.5k rpm. :P

Hi speedracer38

Thank you! This looks much more realistic!
Although it is still below my expectations considering the excellent drag coefficient of 0,27!
One possible reason: You reached topspeed at 6450 rpm, while the max power of 200 hp is at 7000 rpm (right?)
So actually a somewhat slightly too long final drive ratio to reach top speed.

Well, let's see what the EU specs final drive ratio will be.
(On the German Autobahn this speed is legal, although you can't make very often use of it).
If not - fine, too. So it will slightly better accelerate.

I feel bad for the fuel pump. That car needs some gas! lol I hope there was a station within a few miles.

I am taking the car to the track soon to explore what this thing is really capable of I just need some better tires because the stock tires SUCK

You've driven a Veyron?! awesome! you should start a thread about that with pics of course.

I'm not the most knowledgeable about gearing and how that all effects top speed, but my question is does the BRZ/FRS top out in 5th or 6th gear?? In my 01 Celica GTS I had it up to 140mph completely tached out in 5th gear, when I shifted to 6th it maxed out at about 120mph, I guess it was more of a fuel saver than anything.

And to speak on electronically limited; that is a scary thing to find if you have never felt it. When I was in high school I found out my dads Cadillac Seville was limited to 125, could have easily kept accelerating, instead the engine powered down quite rapidly to 55mph before I could accelerate again. At 16 years old I thought I had blown my dads engine :/

I've gotten the vehicle past 100mph and have had no issues with the back getting light in a straight line. It still feels smooth and planted, but the steering gets slightly twitchy. However it's nothing to cause any alarm.
