i'm filling up with e tonight and will see what happens. if it goes away i'll just run e.
i've heard it's bad for the car to not run 93 like once every 3 or 4 tanks, does anyone know if there's any truth to that? |

Mine will stall when coming to a stop about the first 4 or 5 stops when I go from e85 to 91. I haven't talked to Delicious about it. I figured it is learning the new fuel. It goes away after that first 4 or 5 stops, then is fine. Does not happen when I go from 91 to e85.
I have a very similar setup as OP with C30 tuned by Bill of Delicious. Please keep us posted. |

I also recommend running OEM pulleys. Lighter =/= better. Damped pulleys are typically heavier than OEM, but race engine, particularly drag engines, use them. Just some food for thought. |

so you're saying the lightweight pulleys are not helping but hurting?? if it's causing the issues then understood, but i do like the better throttle response and running e today was significantly better than pump, no stalling |

Yeah any mix, it goes crazy. But now I’m running straight 93 and it’s good as new. Same with 85.... |

I don't think throttle response is an issue with your setup. |

Yes, i stopped using Delicious Tuning and will never remote tune this car again.
A local guy in Atlanta was able to get it in one pass. The port/direct injection transition was part of the issue - running great now, but now it's not flex - the Delicious Tuning flex fuel kit I bought doesn't work anymore. Now it's 2 maps running E more than 93 and it runs like a beast - and the LW pulleys were never the problem |

If it's fuel *pressure*, wouldn't you think it's one of the fuel pumps, which generates the pressure?

Could be the fuel pump, kinked fuel sock, fuel pressure regulator, flex fuel kit or something else. All i see right now are CEL lighting up on the dash and a ethanol content drop at around 2k rpm while decelerating. Doesnt effect track driving since im in the higher rpm but during stop and go traffic it can get annoying. Which fuel pump do you think it is?

Had a similar issue with mine. Fuel pressure and E content not stable. Causing check engine light and other strange things. Turned out it was water ingress into the box. Just assumed since it was designed to be installed in an engine compartment it would have an water IP rating of 4 or so. Come to find out its rating is 0. Be carful where you mount it. They are starting to use a hydrophobic coating on board now to help. Changed my mounting position to the front of the fuse box with the wire harness pointing straight down.

I will log again and see if this is the issue. I have the MK1+ upgrade and i see a drop in ethanol content in the app everytime im at 2k. Besides this, Delicious has been super helpful in pinpointing any issues ive had. |
