I hate the MY17 wing
I totalled my FRS in January and picked up a MY17 BRZ and I gotta say the wing is sooo nasty. Already looking for naked trunks on salvage websites.

When looking for salvage trunks or trunk swaps...
Be aware that the keyless entry cars have a different trunk wiring harness and a different lock cylinder than base cars. Fairly easy to swap out though. I too am not a huge fan of the '17 wing. |

The bare FRS trunk makes the car look like shit.
Rather have the BRZ wing over wingless any day. |

Paging @Drambeenie He's working on a pretty awesome MY17 extension to the stock wing. He has a thread build as well.

Also, the MY17 trunks are different than the 13-16 trunks. Just keep that in mind.

Here's the build thread and a couple pics from test fitment (it's still in prototyping phase) but will offer it for sale when finished. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...=118428&page=9 |

I like your bumper protector but it also makes me sad about what lengths we have to go to in order to avoid other people's mistakes.
