I hate the MY17 wing
 

I totalled my FRS in January and picked up a MY17 BRZ and I gotta say the wing is sooo nasty. Already looking for naked trunks on salvage websites.

Yeah, the wing is totally wimpy. but w/o the wing, you probably won't get the performance package?

When looking for salvage trunks or trunk swaps...

Be aware that the keyless entry cars have a different trunk wiring harness and a different lock cylinder than base cars. Fairly easy to swap out though.

I too am not a huge fan of the '17 wing.

The bare FRS trunk makes the car look like shit.

Rather have the BRZ wing over wingless any day.

Paging @Drambeenie He's working on a pretty awesome MY17 extension to the stock wing. He has a thread build as well.

Also, the MY17 trunks are different than the 13-16 trunks. Just keep that in mind.

I like the spoiler, but I think it's waaay to close to the trunk - So I'm building larger risers for the wing if you're interested in checking it out.

I like your bumper protector but it also makes me sad about what lengths we have to go to in order to avoid other people's mistakes.

I agree, a sexy naked trunk just looks beautiful. Too often is it covered up by wings.
