I just went through this last month. Like the rest have said, if squeak happens with car off, its the clutch shaft/mechanism whatever that should be greased. I also felt a coarseness, a grind/texture sort of under my foot in the first inch of release.
If its with car running, well GL with TOB

Guy at the shop greased it. At first it seemed ok, came back next day, improved a bit over few days, and dafter a full day a the HPDE it has been almost perfectly quiet, I guess the grease spread around well there by this point
I will monitor and see how long it helps for and if it comes back...

I'm currently going through it it started squeaking about 6 months ago and now it's a whining sound thats constant with my idle. I gotta fix the bearings possibly replace my clutch to at the same time most likely that's the issue
