Mine as well. And all the others bought new (unless the dealer screwed up and lost ). The valet key is even mentioned in the Owner's Manual for the keyed cars.

I definitely agree- just chiming in with some ideas. If they're that bad at casing I guess he's probably safe. haha Mostly just curious about the repeated speeding off but to be honest that's not that out of character for most Civic owners.
