Hey, you never know. This could be the OP's first car. OP, beware of asking questions like this. You will get trolled hard. A visual inspection is not enough to determine tire pressure. Grab a gauge and check all 4 tires. Pressures will go down as it gets cold. Drive safely.

He did the right thing though is saying upfront that he didn't have a manual to check. That acknowledges the attempt to find the info first. It is the guys that don't even bother to try and figure it out, ask and then debate all responses that get trolled hard.

to be fair, I wasn't suggesting a visual check for tire pressure. I was suggesting a visual check to find the giant exclamation mark stuck in his tire.....

The thread had already been answered by that point so why not have some fun with it, OP took the joke in stride

This is not a warning light. It is a defect in the gauge face itself that is allowing some light to bleed through. It is pure coincidence that the defect resembles a low tire warning icon.

As the gauge faces wears over time, you may see other light bleed through occasionally. Always keep your gauge face fluid topped up - the gauge face dipstick is located in post one of this thread.

(Seriously, just fuckin' with ya).

Well maybe 4 years. Then every single thing would be changed.

Reminds me of the time, down in California, one night, on a very straight, uncrowded country road, I was taking my brother a ride.

Now, let me mention, he is not a stranger to quick cars (having owned an older Dodge Viper for example) and presently owns a 1967 Corvette Stingray (325/350). However, he is not accustomed to all the "lights", like the shift light.

I have my shift light set at 6,200 rpms ...... to give these old reflexes time to react, before fuel cut off.

As I cranked it up through the gears, he exclaimed "watch out - some red light keeps blinking on your dash display .......!!"
