How do you get 2886?? Everything I find is 2950-3300lbs?

I wouldn't trust it though, I think its a bit heavier than that. Maybe not though -- everything I know is getting challenged!

I thought a 2.5 was still a possiblity? Definitely only a 2.0? I didn't think that was confirmed.

This would probably be parked next to, rather than in place of, the Z...

I agree with Jordo, this car "SHOULD" be equipped with 2.5 DI engine

because if not, then Toyota wasted alot of money designing an aggressive body and in the end its just 2.0L?? Oh please Toyota, What was your plan?

At the same price, I can get a slightly used Mustang and eat FT alive at any time of the day

Yep.

I am not a fan of the new Mustangs or Camaors, BUT, they are cheap, they are fast, they are more nimble than people think, and the kids fvcking looooove them.

Toyota is smart to bring an affordable sports car into the mix -- but they would be fools to ignore what they'll be competing with at the same price for the business of a bunch of kids who have only a limited appreciation for lightweight rattling death traps

And that is why there are pretty much no lightweight, high reving, underpowered cars that excel in handling and braking over straight line aceleration in production anymore -- no one wanted them.

They probably make a turbo version. Why don't you wait for the production before you pass judgment?
