Update:
So pretty much after 104k miles and 80k miles boost, I learned that my head studs are probably stretched. Exhaust gases keep filling up my cooling system under boost. Basically I'm going to have to get new head gaskets, resurface the heads and replace the studs. I'm looking at a $5000 shop bill. lol Since the engine is out, might as well build it, but $5k is already stretching my budget. Engine swap could possibly be cheaper. haha. But in CA with nazi car laws, I'm probably forced to rebuild. She held up well while she lasted. Now I'll have to baby her.

I just hit 126K miles. 101K boosted miles. :P Have to replace the throwout bearing every 40k miles or so. But the car is still running well.

This is VERY encouraging. I've been really thinking about boosting my car but my biggest thing holding me back was the reliability. I always kept hearing that if you boost your car you are basically dooming it to only live 20k miles or so. But i think with the fact that almost all cars come with some sort of turbo OEM, reliability has gone way way up as more and more companies are figuring out how to build kits that can last a long time.

Eh I can't comment on that. I've only had mine for 20k. I don't baby it but I also don't track it. I would imagine the real lottery is with the rods as they aren't particularly strong. At least according to Cosworth and their research. But then again, some people make it x amount of miles with 450 whp on stock internals. I'm not going to gamble with that though.
