Changing Brake Pads for the first time.
I got some new OEM brake pads for the fronts as a gift. MY question is, can I just swing the caliper up and just do a remove and replace procedure for the pads? or do I have to flush the brake fluid also?

No need to flush just for pad exchange. Try some DIY guide from this forum, for example this. It includes fluid change, which you can omit.
BTW, do you need to change pads already? Are previous ones worn down? |

Well, worst case you still have lots of life on the pads and the new ones sit on the shelf for a few months, it's not like they will go bad anytime soon.

Yeah, I would check them. My OEM pads got swapped at 35k and had around half their life left still.

I did bad thing and tracked OEM pads. Changed them at 15K miles
. Most probably would last waay longer then that if daily driven only, but where is fun in that?

True.. I checked mine since they squeaked at 40k miles, or 64k kms
and was quiet surprised to find that they have 50%+ left still.. so just flushed the brake fluids..
