The vent to atmosphere option is designed for forced induction. If you are NA then this option would not be suitable for you.

Instead of routing the line back to the engine it simply adds a 3" filter to the top of the can that vents to the atmosphere. It still retains the stainless steel sintered frit before the filter.

nice kit, I see some people always on about weather to be using the PCV valve as I think others are having issues with a PCV valve.
whats your input on this?

We wrapping up the final stages of machining now, then its off to anodizing and laser etch. I would expect for the pre-orders to start shipping around Sept 12th to the 15th.

Here are a few more pics of our progress:

Update, back from anodizing off to laser etch

Thought I would take a few minutes to update this post and take a few pics of our catch cans back from anodizing. They are currently out for laser etch, which is usually a 3 day turn around. We are running about a week behind schedule so for all the pre-orders I apologize.

The main body is an extrusion so I'd expect none.

We use an internal baffle which forces the air down and around then through (2) perforation patterns. I will post some pictures shortly. Then finally a filter before exiting the canister.

Hah. Different swirl I guess, I was thinking finish. No idea why, recovering from long day autocrossing I guess.

Here is the internal baffle we use, does its job quite well. We have tested the full range of stainless steel sintered filters from 5 micron all the way up to 40 micron. The trapped oil at the bottom of the canister is after 200 miles of driving and is about (1) table spoon.

The baffle shown is prototype only, the final product is stamped.

We have these done and are shipping all open pre-orders now. Your order is actually going out today. We also added a little something extra as our way of saying thanks to all of the pre-orders.

I will update this thread later today with final assembly, finished products and install pics.
