looks ok

The knock is all minor less than -0.7 nothing to worry about and its low rpm

ltft looks fine

It running a little rich wide open throttle low 11 ie 11.3 or so should be around 11.8, its safe but will cost you a bit of power.

If this is first tank of E85 leave it alone for now and check on second tank

If its still running rich
You will need to take about 5% out of you maf scale above 3.2v

Thanks you

Could it be the impact of the 6L of RON98 remaining in the tank.

Better wait for the next refuel to have a less diluted E85 and redo a datalog to check the AFR during WOT ?

As we get closer to winter and the temperature drops is it normal for LTFT to increase a percentage or two in idle and under low throttle?

My thought process is:
Temps drop
E85 Stations go to the winter blend which has less ethanol
Car starts adds extra fuel to compensate for the lack of ethanol

LTFT Idle used to be +4 on average, now it is +6
LTFT very low throttle crusing in 5/6th gear used to be +6/7, now it is getting up to +8/9

Been using the same speedway brand E85 (Between 51% and 83% for all their pumps) for over a month now and fuel trims were consistent until it started getting a bit colder.

I know these are small changes so I didn't want to make a new thread but I just want to make sure my logic checks out before looking for any kind of exhaust leak or other problem. I know that that without a flexfuel kit I can't rule out regular changes in the stations E85 but it seemed to be pretty consistent during warmer temps.

in general

if Ethanol percent goes lower ie more petrol then LTFT should trend Lower (more petrol makes car run rich so ecu pulls fuel)

If Ethanol percent goes higher ie less petrol thenLTFT should trend Higher (less petrol makes car run leaner so ecu adds fuel)

However the maf sensor has temperature compensation and this also alters fuel trims especially at idle. In cold weather. as intake air temperature differential between when your driving and stationary at idle is likely greater.

So i made my custom E85 map with the base map from Wayno.

After 10km no high load it's awesome -3L/100km on average.

And the log look good. I will let it settle for another 100km and datalog again.

highly unlikely your getting that economy on E85, generally its about 25% worse than on petrol.

did you change the "Fuel Multiplier Display Offset" table from stock it needs to go up about 30% as in first post else the fuel display will read 30% low

Yep i did.

On Stock RON98 i was at 7,5 , on OTS e85 i was at 12,5 , now i'm at 10.

7,5x1.33= 9,997 it's feel just right on low load.

On OTS it was feeling too high

Guys, hope you don't mind to just have a quick check of my log to make sure nothing's amiss. I have 2013 Stock Auto, this is the first tank of United E85 after about 100kms flashing Wayno's E85 EL tune from his thread.

Cheers

It don't get any better than that. You should log until redline though.

FYI this is what to look at. You don't need to touch timing.

Thanks Wayno, I thought you suggested logging from 2-6k in your dialling in thread but see that I've somehow gotten mixed up, anyway good to know all is good

Next step is to install the PSR header
