I love it when the whole story comes out...

You bought a used car and the clutch "blew out" at 10k miles now you are wondering what is wrong with the trans?
What does "blew out" mean?

Did you try to have the clutch replaced under warranty? If not, why not?
Sounds like the PO seriously abused the car.

Toyota doesn't warranty clutches. It started having a burnt smell so I took it to my usual shop that did all the work on my old Miata.

My guess (from the saved radio stations <a lot of classical and NPR> and the amount of swirls in the paint.. It was an old dude who sucked at manual and sold it after one year to buy an automatic.

no matter how much a person sucks at manual, how do you tear up your clutch like that? looks like they abused the crap out of it right before they pulled it into the dealership parking lot. how did you even drive that for 2 months? lol
