No. Tracks and a gun do not automatically make it a tank. And most actual tanks suck as artillery.

Which reminds me of this ol boy, down in Ft Irwin, CA (just south of death valley) in August, back in the late 60's, frying eggs on the back of an M-60 tank and selling egg sandwiches for $1.00 a piece.
